Your tasks
- B2B customer service,
- organizing customer orders,
- entering data into the system,
- issuing invoices,
- handling complaints,
- coordinating timely product deliveries,
- close collaboration with teams across the organization to effectively resolve issues.
What we expect
- advanced knowledge of Italian and English (min. B2),
- eligibility to live and work in Poland,
- first experience in customer service or order management,
- problem solving mindset,
- willingness to work with customers and building long-term relations,
- customer focus and effective communication skills,
- knowledge of the SAP system will be an additional advantage.
