For our Client, we are now looking for a Customer Service Representative (Front Office) with French to join a dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in an international environment where you will have a real impact on shaping the customer experience and building positive relationships within the French-speaking market.

Your tasks

  • B2B customer support - acting as the first point of contact for our business customers, providing professional telephone communication
  • order management - registration of orders, coordination, and planning of deliveries
  • issue resolution - efficiently handling all customer complaints and inquiries
  • business consultation - supporting customers by suggesting alternatives and providing product advice
  • internal cooperation - collaborating closely with other departments to effectively resolve reported issues

What we expect

  • min. 1 year of experience in B2B Customer Service (order management / claims / contact center)
  • fluent in English at B2/C1 level
  • proficiency at C1 level in one or more of: French
  • customer focus and proven ability to build long-term relationships
  • excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset
  • experience with SAP or Salesforce systems (highly welcome)
