Customer Service Consultant with Russian, Ukrainian & English languages
Your responsibilities:

Answering customer requests or inquiries in Russian and Ukrainian languages,

Comprehensive customer service in the field of solving problems related to the financial area,

Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs,
-
Delivering first-class customer experience,
-
Creating a positive impression of the support team.
Our requirements :

Excellent Russian and Ukrainian and spoken language skills (C1/C2/Native)-both mandatory,
-
Good command of English (B2),
-
Availability to work from the office, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Empathy, active listening, and time management skills.
