Customer Service Specialist with Czech and Slovak
Location: Fully on-site in Warsaw and after probation period (3 months) hybrid/remote work
Salary: 42 PLN/hour gross (equivalent working time)
Your daily tasks:

Providing high-quality of customer service on multiple channels - via chat, email and calls;

Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management;

Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
-
Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
What do we expect from you?
-
Language: C1/C2/Native level of Czech and Slovak and very good English - level B2 ;

Preferable knowledge of Polish on level B2 or higher but this is NOT A MUST;

Customer Service experience is a plus;

Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
-
Personality: Motivated, empathetic, enthusiastic with proactive approach;

Understanding the customer needs with positive attitude, using proper positive language with professional manner.
