Your responsibilities

Providing professional customer support in English, Mon – Friday 10-15 or 17-22

Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)

Troubleshooting and solving customer issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction by offering helpful solutions

Documenting and tracking customer issues in the company’s CRM system
-
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Our requirements

Attendance at a 5-day in-person training at the office in Wrocław

Attendance at 2 week nesting at the office in Wrocław (at business hours)
-
Fluency in English (C1/C2)
-
Work from office 3 days/week
-
Very good communication skills in Polish
-
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Part-time students of English Philology are welcome :)
