Your responsibilities

Providing German-speaking customer service via email, chat, and phone (handling incoming and outgoing calls).

Responding to customer inquiries regarding the status of domestic and international shipments, handling complaints, and resolving technical issues.

Making outbound calls to collect missing information and documents required for customs clearance.

Ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Our requirements

Fluent spoken and written German (C1 level).

English proficiency (minimum B1+).

Willingness to work on-site at the office in Wrocław.

Availability to work from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 21:00.

Very good organizational skills and strong commitment.
