Your tasks

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, managing all service and repair requests.

  • Verify and approve service and repair contracts.

  • Process and track orders and returns using the SAP system.

  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate the repair process from start to finish.

  • Resolve all issues efficiently and ensure they meet our service level agreements.

What we expect

  • Strong language skills: You'll need to be fluent in German (min. C1 level) and have solid English skills (min. B2 level) to communicate with our diverse, global clients and internal teams.

  • Great communication: You're a natural at building rapport and clearly explaining complex information over the phone and via email.

  • Client focus: You thrive on solving problems and are client-oriented and resilient under pressure.
