Your skills

Fluent English

Experience in IT support environment

Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer most preferably) and popular software

Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset - be a pro!

Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 6:30 pm (8 h) from the office in Wrocław

Familiarity with any ticketing tool would be a plus
