Your tasks
- Plan and execute deliveries
- Secure logistics capacity from service providers based on agreed allocations as well as performance of logistics service provider and register non-conformance
- Act as a link between Order Management, Loading Department, Logistics Network and Sourcing, Production Planning, Inhouse Sales and Service Providers
- Ensure perfect order fulfillment (order & delivery management)
- Determine product availability
- Guarantee cost and service efficient logistics planning (sea and land planning)
- Optimize payloads by taking safety considerations into account
- Work pro-actively in deviation and exception reporting
What we expect
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Production Planning (preferred: container/sea planning) in an international environment
- Proficient level of German and English (B2 or higher), both spoken and written
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Proactive approach, team-player attitude, "hands-on" attitude, and service-orientated mindset
- Knowledge of German will be a great advantage
- Proven experience with OTM/MoveIt will be an asset
