Your tasks
- Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes
- Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders
- Supporting implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
- Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering
- Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
- Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
- Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working
- Support continuous improvement of work processes
- Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes
What we expect
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in Order Management , Supply Chain, Customer Service, or similar order processing roles
- Very good command of English (B2 or higher), both spoken and written
- Very good command of German (B2 or higher), both spoken and written
- Proven experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
