Marketing and Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) Poland
We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team with planning and executing sales initiatives. This role provides operational support through marketing activities that drive revenue growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. The position involves executing sales initiatives, creating marketing materials, and organizing events to strengthen customer relationships and boost sales. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and has strong communication skills, working closely with the team to align marketing efforts with the company’s goals.
Your tasks:
· collaborate with the team and sales managers to develop sales strategies and goals
· support the sales team in planning and executing sales initiatives throughout the year
· prepare and coordinate content creation for sales materials (product communication, campaigns, newsletters, promotional materials)
· assist in the creation and rollout of promotional campaigns and special offers
· support communication with distributors and customers regarding campaigns and product launches
· coordinate and assist in organizing trade fairs, conferences, workshops, and customer events – both at the showroom and on-site with customers
· manage event logistics, materials, and follow-up activities to support sales outcomes
· work closely with the marketing agency to plan and implement social media campaigns that align with sales priorities
· monitor and coordinate CRM, social media channels, and published content to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
· support communication strategies aimed at distributors and end customers
· ensure consistency of brand messaging across all sales channels
· assist in the development of marketing materials tailored to the needs and expectations of customers and partners
· maintain regular communication with relevant departments at the HQ in Germany e.g. Marketing & Product Management to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales activities
Your qualifications:
· experience in an assistant or support role in sales and marketing
· proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
· strong teamwork and communication skills – both internally and with external partners and customers
· a proactive approach to work, with the ability to identify and take ownership of tasks
· excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
· Event planning and coordination experience (e.g., trade shows, conferences, customer events) is a plus
· ability to work effectively with various teams and departments to meet sales goals
· proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
· experience with social media and online marketing platforms
· flexibility to work successfully in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
