Opis:
We are looking for Transport Planning & Execution Specialist that will provide a dedciated fleet serivce to all EUR THUBs and Supply Chain organisations. The main elements of role are End to End transport processes including: planning with optimal utilisation, load readiness procedure (incl booking process ), exception and change management (including load and unload resolution), haulier relationship management, in-transit tracking, to deliver cost, service and sustainability drivers. To ensure transportation plans are actionable, executable, optimized (cost, empty milage, time & availability, service) and ready for physical logistics partners to execute by successfully managing the exceptional changes and requests from exterior parties and influences.

Hybrid work (50% at the office, 50% remote)
Main responsibilities will include:

Generate executable and optimal transportation plans given parameters defined by upstream supply chain partners and constraints within physical logistics network

Support the organization and consolidation of transport plans with THUBs teams, factory and warehouse to manage capacity and demand and find solutions to ensure overall optimization

Being the outbound transportation point of contact for assigned factory/distribution center locations and THUB teams

Planning and execution of dedicated fleet transports with focus on optimization of truck movement (cost, empty milage, time & availability, service)
