Opis:
We are partnering with a global leader in the FMCG sector to find an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a high-priority digital transformation within their Commercial Digital Technologies division. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a large-scale Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiative and a modern Supplier Portal implementation.
As the project is currently in the initial requirements-gathering phase, we are looking for a PM with a strong analytical mindset who can bridge the gap between complex business needs (Legal/Procurement) and technical delivery.

Your tasks
-
Requirements Engineering: Lead the initial phase of the CLM initiative, capturing and documenting functional and technical specifications.

End-to-End Governance: Oversee project planning, milestones, and RAID logs using the internal IT PMX operating model.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate activities between internal technical teams (Security, Architecture) and external software providers.

Quality Assurance Oversight: Lead the testing lifecycle by governing a dedicated QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Compliance & Audit: Ensure all project artifacts meet IT General Controls (ITGC) and SOX/NIST requirements.

Change Management: Drive business process changes and prepare the organization for cutover and post-go-live support.
What we expect

Experience: Minimum 8 years in IT Project Management, with a focus on Digital Transformation.

Domain Expertise: 6+ years of experience within Contract Management (CLM) or Vendor Onboarding programs.

Technical Familiarity: Prior experience with platforms like HICX, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Ivalua.

Framework Knowledge: Proficiency in hybrid delivery methodologies (PMP/Prince2) and Agile/Waterfall.

Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business challenges into structured technical requirements.

Communication: Excellent English (C1) for collaborating with global stakeholders in a matrix environment.
