We are looking for Customer Service / Order Management Specialists to support operations within an international business environment. The role focuses on handling end‑to‑end order processes, daily contact with customers and internal stakeholders, and working with key systems supporting our global operations. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering excellent service quality and ensuring smooth order execution.
This role operates according to a structured schedule ensuring full coverage of business hours across multiple international markets. Working hours follow a team-based shift model, with start times typically falling between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, and operational coverage extending until 6:00 PM.
Work may occasionally include weekends or bank holidays, depending on coverage needs. Flexibility and availability within these timeframes are essential to ensure consistent customer support.
Customer Service Specialist with Dutch or French
Responsibilities:
• Managing the full order-to-cash cycle, including order entry, updates, monitoring, and issue resolution
• Daily communication with customers and internal teams (Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance)
• Maintaining accurate customer and order data in SAP
• Logging, updating and following up on customer inquiries and cases in Salesforce
• Coordinating deliveries, monitoring stock availability, and supporting service recovery processes
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards
• Collaborating with international teams and contributing to continuous process improvement

Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal skills in Dutch (C1) or French (C1)
• Good spoken and written English language skills (B2)
• Experience in order management, customer service, logistics, supply chain or similar operational role
• Practical knowledge of SAP
• Ability to work with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, internationally-oriented environment
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience supporting multiple markets or working in a shared services / outsourcing environment
