We are looking for a student of pedagogy (4th–5th year or similar) to join us mainly in the afternoons , with occasional flexibility depending on your schedule.
What you’ll do:

Engage with children in a joyful, Montessori-inspired environment,

Use English on a daily basis with the children (very good level required!),

Help with daily activities, creative play, and learning projects,

Collaborate with the team to create inspiring learning materials.
Who we are looking for:

A positive, creative, and open-minded person with energy,
-
Experience with children (summer camps, babysitting, kindergarten or nursery work nice to have),

Very good English (must be comfortable using it daily),

Some basic knowledge of Polish helpful for team communication,

Eager to learn alternative methods of education, including Montessori,
-
Someone who loves nature, animals, and outdoor activities,

Ready to work in a team and share ideas freely.
