Your Role and Responsibilities:

Creating, editing, and translating documentation in English;

Editing candidates’ CVs in accordance with provided guidelines;

Updating and maintaining the internal database and company website;
-
Posting pre-prepared job advertisements on job portals;
-
Ensuring compliance with data protection procedures and methods;
-
Obtaining GDPR consents from candidates;
-
Supporting the recruitment department in ongoing projects;
-
Actively supporting the company in day-to-day administrative and office tasks;

Diligent and conscientious performance of assigned duties.
Skills and Personal Attributes:

High level of communication skills;
-
Proficiency in using internet-based data search tools;
-
Basic knowledge of legal regulations related to personal data protection;

Ability to work with text and image documents: Word, .pdf, .jpg, and tools from the Microsoft Office suite;

Good command of English at a minimum B2 level;

Higher education degree.
