We are the authorized service partner providing technical hotline and remote support services for Sungrow , a global leader in renewable energy solutions.
To support the expansion of the European Service Center in Wrocław , we are currently hiring Technical Support Engineers to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Sungrow’s solar inverters, energy storage systems, and related solutions across Europe.
Your Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 / Level 2 remote technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems

Troubleshoot alarms, communication issues, and system performance problems

Guide customers and partners through basic diagnostics and remote operations

Escalate complex technical cases to higher-level teams and follow up until resolution

Collaborate closely with customers, field engineers, Sunvast internal teams, and Sungrow technical experts
Your Profile
-
Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Renewable Energy , or a related field

Fluent English plus German, Spanish, or Polish

Previous experience in technical support, after-sales service, or technical customer support is a strong plus

Strong problem-solving skills, customer-oriented mindset, and clear communication abilities

Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced service environment
