We are looking for a cook for an open kitchen in the center of Warsaw – someone who cooks with passion and pays close attention to order, hygiene, and details. Donburi Bar is a new concept where Japanese and Korean cuisine meet freshness and creativity.
We’re looking for someone who is skilled in fish preparation, has basic production experience, understands FIFO principles, and is familiar with fermentation and curing processes. If you also have experience in baking or pastry – that’s a big plus!
We work in a friendly atmosphere right in the heart of the city.
We expect experience in a restaurant kitchen (minimum 2–3 years), good work organization, and a strong sense of responsibility.
