Over 40 years ago, an idea was born in Hawaii, thanks to which we no longer have to carry cash with us today. For our client, the world's largest supplier of payment terminals, we are looking for:
German-speaking Customer Service Consultant.
Remote mode
Tasks:

Comprehensive customer service via e-mail and incoming calls
(we don’t sell anything!) by applicable customer service standards.

Solving technical problems.

Achieving the quality goals of the project.
Our requirements:

Excellent command of the German language at least C1.
-
Good command of English (B1/B2).

Basic technical problem-solving skills and PC skills.
-
Interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team, active listening, empathy, and politeness.

Availability for at least 120-140 hours per month.

Civil contract with a ra te of PLN 49,00 gross/hour.

Fully remote collaboration – we provide the equipment.

The possibility of arranging a convenient collaboration schedule; the project works on Monday-Friday, 7:00-22:00, Saturday 8:00-22:00.
