Hi!
We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment.
We are growing and seeking consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving our customers.
Tasks:

Provide technical support to equipment users.

Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

Providing information on products and their functionality.
-
Entering requests into the system.
Our requirements:
-
Fluency in Greek .
-
Very good command of English.
-
Basic knowledge of household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
-
Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00; Saturday 8:00-14:00.

What we offer:

Civil contract with a rate of PLN 44,00 gross/h.

Remote collaboration – we provide all the equipment.

Bonus system : after reaching the appropriate tenure and KPIs, +2 PLN gross per hour, then +4 PLN gross.
