Job Description
I’m seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support my personal life and help me stay on top of everything that matters — from errands to scheduling, travel planning to shopping. This is not a corporate role. You’ll be managing the day-to-day of a busy entrepreneur’s lifestyle.
Location:
Must be based in Warsaw. Job will be mainly remote but will have occasional in-person tasks
-What You'll Do:
• Book appointments (doctors, barber, restaurants, etc.)
• Research and plan travel (flights, hotels, visa requirements)
• Find apartments, gyms, or services based on preferences
• Research things to buy eg. furniture, tech
• Do shopping online, order groceries, household supplies, and gifts
• Coordinate schedules, reminders, and to-do lists
• Liaise with service providers (cleaners, maintenance, deliveries)
• Help with organizing documents, subscriptions, memberships, etc.
• Book and plan travel
• Occasionally assist with event planning or logistics
- What I’m Looking For:
• Excellent written and spoken English + Polish
• Ideally has experience in a similar role, though it is not necessary to apply
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Proactive problem solver — someone who figures it out
• Someone FAST with replies and is a FAST worker in general
• Someone who does not need to be managed
• Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, Notion, travel & shopping apps)
• Discreet and trustworthy with personal/private info
Working Hours:
• You will need to be ‘on-call’ from 11am to 7pm 6 days a week
• You will not be working all day during those hours but I will need you to promptly reply during these hours
Compensation:
• 5000 PLN netto to start, with possible increases if performance is good
• Bonuses for performance and reliability
