Currently we are looking for an experienced candidate that would be responsible for mapping HR processes in international enviroment. Our client is a global pharmaceutical, life sciences company.

Your tasks
- responsibility for mapping global HR processes and reengineer them
- working with SME from HR teams and cooperation with head HR director
- working on ServiceNow
- giving advisory when it comes to the best solutions
What we expect
- we are looking for a candidate with strong experience in mapping the processes in global enviroment - must have requirement
- fluent english is speaking and writing
- strong experience in HR processes would be an asset
- experience with Lean/ Sigma methodology
- experience with tools like Visio and Signavio would be a plus
- aviability for occasional traveling
