Who we are looking for
We are looking for an independent, well-organised, and versatile person who:

Has experience in B2B communication (both online and offline).
-
Is proficient in using AI tools for content creation (text and graphics).
-
Has attention to detail, a positive and "can-do" mindset, and good organizational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
This blended role focuses on content mastery, visual creation, and market coordination:
1. Content creation
-
Creating content across various platforms: webshops (including product descriptions), articles, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
-
Creating and planning marketing content in English.
-
Optimizing content according to SEO best practices to ensure effective implementation of SEO strategies.
-
Content repurposing, adapting it for different formats, channels, and platforms.
-
Supporting the development of B2B communication (newsletters, blog posts).
2. Visual management
-
Working closely with the graphic design team on both digital and print projects, including:
-
Supporting the graphic design team in creating product catalogues (both print and digital versions).
-
Co-developing visual concepts and promotional presentations.
-
Creating image, text, and multimedia content.
-
3. Analysis and coordination
-
Analysing the effectiveness of marketing activities and preparing reports.
-
Monitoring the market, competitor activities, and B2B marketing trends.
-
Supporting the organisation of company events, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
Requirements and skills
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B.
Language:
-
Fluent in English (C1/C2 level or native speaker).
-
Daily work in English.
-
Knowledge of German is advantageous.
Design & AI proficiency:
-
Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva .

Proficiency in using AI tools to generate graphics and images and to support content creation.

Basic understanding of web design (layouts, UI/UX, CMS management).
Content & SEO Expertise:
-
Practical knowledge of managing social media channels and planning content.
-
Advanced knowledge of tools such as GA4, Senuto, Google Search Console, AI tools , Open Project, CMS, and others.

Proficiency in SEO principles and web traffic metrics.

Experience with newsletter tools (e.g., Salesmanago).
Soft Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Independence, accuracy, and strong organisational skills.

Positive attitude towards working in an international environment.
