Tasks:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of R2R (Record to Report) transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
- Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Design and develop innovative solutions to streamline financial reporting, compliance, and data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of transformation initiatives
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate change management and adoption of new processes and tools
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Transformation, R2R processes, and financial systems
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or PMP are highly desirable
- Technical proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics, and reporting tools
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and convincingly
