Tasks:
- Supporting Global Clients throughout the end-to-end business transformation and transition journey
- Focus on the execution of transition projects while providing strategic advisory in transition areas
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery from a transition perspective
- Work closely with Change Managers to facilitate the adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Develop and implement transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to project requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering transition management projects - minimum 3 years
- Strong understanding of project management principles; certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
- Deep insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market , including best practices and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholder groups effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to develop compelling presentations
- Fluent in English ; knowledge of French or German is advantageous
