Main purpose of the position We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated OtC Team Leader to lead and supervise the Order to Cash team. In this key role, you will oversee end‑to‑end OtC processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings solid experience in OtC operations, people management, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.Your responsibilities will include, e.g.:
- Leading, coaching, and supporting the OtC team in daily operations.
- Managing the full Order to Cash cycle: customer setup, account maintenance, cash application, and collections.
- Ensuring timely and accurate billing setup, reconciliations, and monthly POS sales reporting.
- Cooperating with cross‑functional teams and external partners to resolve OtC‑related issues.
- Driving continuous process improvements to boost operational effectiveness.
- Preparing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs to assess team and process performance.
- Conducting team meetings, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
- Acting as an escalation point for complex cases.
- Supporting the design and delivery of training programs for OtC team members.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OtC (Order to Invoice / Invoice to Cash), including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of core OtC processes: customer setup, cash application, collections.
- Experience in a Shared Services or global business services environment is an asset.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP / other ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Finnish
- Proven ability to drive process optimization and work with performance metrics.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence in making data‑driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong problem‑solving skills paired with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset.
