Currently, for our client, a global automotive aftermarket company located in Warsaw, we are looking for hands‑on E‑Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to build and develop online sales channels and digital presence from an early stage. This role combines e‑commerce revenue development with digital and social media structuring and requires full ownership from strategy through execution.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a bundled sales strategy for marketplaces (Allegro, Amazon etc)
- Build and manage structured sales models on key marketplaces
- Coordinate closely with the group e‑commerce team
- Define pricing architecture and margin logic
- Manage day‑to‑day marketplace operations, including listings, advertising and analytics
- Monitor and optimise performance based on GMV, margins, ACOS and ROI
- Ensure pricing consistency and long‑term channel stability
- Map the current online seller landscape and identify pricing or channel conflicts
- Propose and implement e‑commerce governance rules
- Build and manage social media presence across Europe
- Develop and execute a structured digital content plan
- Proven hands‑on experience with key marketplaces
- Experience in bundle selling or cross‑category online sales
- Strong analytical, commercial and performance‑driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and execute end‑to‑end
- 3-7 years of relevant e‑commerce experience
- Automotive aftermarket experience is an advantage.
