Tasks:
- Close collaboration with Project Managers in delivering advisory projects across the Compensation & Benefits domain
- Conducting analyses of compensation data and preparing clear, insight‑driven reports and market benchmarks
- Developing structured datasets, summaries and visually clean client presentations
- Supporting the design of reward policies, salary structures and benefit solutions
- Collaborating with project teams and client stakeholders to gather, validate and interpret data
Requirements:
- Around 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR analytics
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR and compensation data
- Very good command of Excel; familiarity with Power Query or Power BI is an advantage
- University degree in economics, finance, analytics, management or related fields
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- High accuracy, structured working style and ability to manage tasks in a project‑driven environment
- A proactive mindset, readiness to learn from senior consultants and navigate a dynamic consulting setting
