Opis:
We’re looking for a proactive Regional Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and support recruitment activities across the Middle East & Africa region.
What you will do

Source and engage top talent across the Middle East & Africa using a variety of search methods.

Conduct interviews via phone and MS Teams.

Manage candidates throughout the full interview and selection process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Support the Team Lead with Account Management and Business Development activities in your region.

Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to wider regional projects as needed.
What we are looking for

Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong plus.

2–3 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR/TA, Sales, or Business Development.

Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential – we value attitude and potential just as highly.

A true go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A genuine interest in the Healthcare industry or a strong motivation to build expertise in this sector.
