your tasks
- actively engage with researchers and editors to spark new collaboration opportunities
- proactively manage a dynamic pipeline from the first point of contact through to successful publication
- build long-term trust with contributors and editors to ensure a steady stream of high-quality submissions
- increase journal visibility by attending international conferences and hosting engaging webinars
- design and lead initiatives that bring researchers together and strengthen professional networks
- identify and onboard world-class experts to join our journal sections as editors
what we expect
- experience in sales, outreach, or business development with a results-driven mindset
- full fluency in spoken and written Polish and English
- ability to work in fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- strong communication skills with a personable and persuasive approach
- genuine passion for Open Science and making a real-world impact
- tech-savvy mindset and an eagerness to learn and use AI tools
- background in research or academia is a plus (optional)
