You will work with global B2B customers, cooperating closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver high-quality transportation solutions.
We are looking for candidates with fluent German and English (min. B2)!
Location: Kraków or Katowice

Your Responsibilities: • Proactively establishing and maintaining relationships with international global customers • Contacting customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings • Preparing and presenting domestic and international transport offers including pricing • Negotiating commercial terms and closing sales opportunities • Managing and developing an assigned customer portfolio • Identifying opportunities for upselling and new business • Achieving defined sales targets (opportunity creation, deal closure, sales activity KPIs) • Cooperating with customer-facing Key Account Sales Representatives and other internal departments • Ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction • Reporting results and activities to the Inside Sales Manager
What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in services • Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level) • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills • Very good communication and negotiation abilities • Good organizational skills and a sense of responsibility • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain is a strong advantage
