Your role as Production Logistics Specialist
You will play a crucial role in preparing, coordinating, and controlling the production process from start to finish. As an integral part of our Operations team, you ensure that materials, data, and documentation flow seamlessly, supporting operational efficiency and helping deliver world‑class products.
Main Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute orders to subcontractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Generate and manage production orders throughout their lifecycle.

Plan and calculate material requirements within the ERP system.

Prepare and update production plans to support timely execution.

Develop, update, and maintain product specifications.
-
Monitor production progress and report on output and deviations.
-
Calculate finished product costs and analyse procedural non‑conformities.
-
Prepare production documentation, reports, and statements.
-
Manage invoicing: prepayments, final invoices, and corrections.
-
Validate production‑related costs and ensure accuracy of price lists.
-
Operate ERP, sales support, and financial control systems.
-
Control stock levels of work‑in‑process and finished goods.
Required skills, education and experience

Strong command of English for business communication.

Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage dynamic priorities..

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Analytical mindset and proactive problem‑solving approach.

Willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment and in an international company is an advantage.

Previous work with ERP systems is highly valued.
