What You Will Do:

Communicate with customers regarding quality requirements (complaints, reports)

Participate in internal and external audits

Analyze quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions

Monitor and analyze key quality metrics

Oversee and support quality processes across the production area

Create, update, and maintain quality documentation

Contribute to improving and developing the Quality Management System
What We’re Looking For:
-
University degree in Engineering or a related technical field
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Department within a manufacturing company

Knowledge of quality tools: 5Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D
-
Ability to read technical documentation and drawings

Strong English skills (minimum B2/C1 level – spoken and written); Polish is welcome but not required

Nice to have: experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards

Analytical mindset and strong problem - solving skills (end‑to‑end)

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Solid knowledge of MS Office
