Opis:
Scope of duties:
*Sales Analysis - Data management (preparing and maintain sales analysis by defined criteria such as grade, vehicle model, customer, and product category.)
*Customer PO list up (Collect, review, and maintain customer Purchase Orders (POs), monitor order status and coordinate changes or updates with customers and internal teams.)
*Daily Delivery plan (Prepare daily delivery schedules based on customer orders and product availability, coordinate delivery plans with production, warehouse, and logistics departments.)
*Truck Arrange (arrange trucks and transportation in line with delivery plans)
*Customer Requestment (Handle customer requests related to technical and quality documentation, including: COA, IMDS, TDS, RoHS, Reliability Reports, and other required materials, cooperate with Quality, R&D, and Production teams to obtain and provide necessary documentation)
*Invoice Apply (Apply for sales invoice issuance in accordance with completed deliveries and customer orders, verify invoice accuracy against POs and shipping documents.)
*Customer Defect Receipt (Receive and register customer defect reports and non-conformity claims, coordinate internally with Quality and Sales teams to support claim resolution processes.)
*Sample Order (Process and coordinate sample orders for existing and potential customers, track sample preparation, shipment, and delivery status.)
* New Local customer searching (Support the sales team in searching for and identifying new local customers, maintain and update customer databases and prospect lists.)
Requirements:
*University degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields).
*Minimum 2 years of professional experience
* Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Comarch ERP).
*Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills with business clients.
*Solid knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
*Polish native, English intermediate level (B1-B2)
*Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*Category B driving license (willingness to travel on business).
*Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
*Ability to analyze the market and identify new business opportunities.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Excellent organizational skills and resilience under pressure

Until the end of March 2026, the work will be performed from a temporary office in Hnojník (Czech Republic) due to the construction of the plant in Pawłowice, which will be the final place of work from April 2026.
