Your tasks
- provide top-tier telephone support to business customers, setting the standard for professional communication;
- take charge of order management, from precise registration to the strategic planning of deliveries;
- handle inquiries and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively;
- support customers by offering product advice and recommending the best market alternatives;
- work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and fix reported issues efficiently.
What we expect
- minimum a year of professional experience in customer service area / order management / sales / logistics support,
- advanced English & Finnish skills (min. B2/C1),
- excellent communication skills,
- problem-solving mindset & organizational skills,
- MS Office competence.
