Your tasks
- drive cash collection efforts to minimize outstanding receivables and optimize cash flow
- act as the primary point of contact for resolving and documenting invoice disagreements or inaccuracies
- successfully hit key performance indicators (KPIs) and honor Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- provide timely progress reports on the recovery of accounts receivable within your portfolio
- perform cash flow analysis and forecasting, while also analyzing late payments to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- develop and strengthen client partnerships by providing excellent service and consistent, professional communication
What we expect
- fluency in both English and German, with a minimum proficiency of B2 level (both written and spoken)
- full-time availability from Monday to Friday
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills for B2B (Business-to-Business) client contact via email and phone
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- a keen eye for detail and strong analytical abilities
- the capacity for effective time management and task prioritization
