The Sales Representative for Radiometer is responsible for achieving the established sales goals.
This position is part of the Sales Department , covers the area of the Silesian Voivodeship and Opole Voivodeship and will be of a remote nature, i.e. approximately 80% of the time will be spent working in the field and 20% in the home office . At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, effectively promoting Radiometer products and solutions to meet their needs.

Conduct strategic trade negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales growth and market penetration.

Prepare customized and persuasive commercial offers, tailored to the specific requirements of each customer, to maximize success in closing deals.

Utilize our advanced CRM system to accurately track and document daily activities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the sales team.

Implement and execute comprehensive sales plans within the designated region, leveraging market insights and opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
The essential requirements of the job include:

Higher or secondary level degree in a medical or related field

License: Category B driving

Language: Proficiency in Polish and good level of English (B1 or higher)

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills

Adaptability: Ability to excel under pressure
It would be a plus if you also possess:

knowledge of public procurement law and tender law
