As we are in a significant growth phase, we are looking to expand our team with a Sales Representative for Poland and DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Requirements
• Time and priority management: Strong organizational skills to optimize planning and prospecting.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Autonomy and collaboration: Ability to work independently while integrating effectively into a multidisciplinary team.
• Results orientation: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with a proactive and strategic approach.
• Needs analysis and solution proposal.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Advanced proficiency in German and English.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Acquiring and building business relationships in Poland and DACH with companies using reusable plastic transport packaging: bottlers, can manufacturers, food companies, bottle manufacturers, automotive companies, retailers, pooling companies, logistics companies, appliance manufacturers, etc.
• Focusing on the growth and development of existing clients, generating new business opportunities through strategic sales, influence, and skilled negotiation.
• Achieving sales targets and maximizing project profitability.
• Supporting the company in implementing its brand in Poland and DACH.
Key responsibilities of the selected candidate:
• Acquire new potential clients within the assigned area (Poland and DACH).
• Report on the status of prospecting and accounts.
• Achieve KPI sales targets.
• Meet the sales budget.
• Communicate and coordinate with the back-office team.
• Manage and plan the meeting agenda.
• Organize visits and meetings.
• Prepare and report progress and forecast reports using KPIs to the CCO / Global Managing Director of Sales.
• Execute the sales plan across different industries.
• Keep sales data up-to-date in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and back office, updating contacts, meetings, sales plans, and account status.
• Perform any other assigned official tasks.
