Your tasks
- managing income tax accounting for both US GAAP and statutory purposes, in close collaboration with external tax advisors
- being responsible for the preparation of statutory financial statements (SFS) and overseeing audit processes, including communication with auditors and local authorities
- partnering with various company departments, such as finance or legal, to ensure new business and regulatory changes are properly reflected in reporting
- supervising income tax payments, monitoring related accounts, and making transfer pricing adjustments
- supporting the implementation of new technologies and the automation of accounting processes to ensure standardization and optimization
- tracking changes in domestic tax legislation and providing support in the execution of ad-hoc tax projects
What we expect
- university degree in accounting, taxes or a related field
- at least 4-5 years of accounting experience, particularly in the area of taxation and statutory reporting
- knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and local regulations
- advanced knowledge of English and/or French
- in-depth knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- high analytical skills and the ability to work with financial data
- excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- independent, proactive, and highly motivated
