Your tasks
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategic objectives
- Lead and develop the logistic team and assure its effective performance
- Agree logistics schedules with internal teams and customers and steer logistic capacity
- Liaise between team members and Managers in daily operations
- Develop excellent working relationships and networks with Supply Teams, Order Management, Sales, Logistics Network and Sourcing
- Provide support in developing and implementing new business processes and work on projects supporting future supply activities
- Pro-actively work on deviation and exception reporting
What we expect
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in L ogistics in Planning land (Truck and rail) and Sea transportation
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams within an international environment
- Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2/C1 level), both written and spoken
- Completed higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Proactive approach, solution-oriented mindset, and a strong ability to work under pressure
- Proven experience with OTM/MoveIt is a strong asset
