Customer Support Specialist (German and English)
Responsibilities:

Providing customer support in German and English via phone and email

Giving information about reservations, availability, and service rules

Supporting customers in solving ongoing issues related to their stay

Ensuring a positive user experience through professional and empathetic communication

Meeting the quality and performance targets set for the team

Actively participating in training and onboarding to reach full independence quickly

Working with the team and supervisors to improve customer service processes
Requirements:

Fluent German at C1 level Good English skills at minimum B2 level

Confident written and verbal communication

Good computer and office-system skills
-
Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
-
High empathy and engagement in customer interactions
-
Readiness to work in a shift system, 5 days per week
