For our Client, an international company in the medical devices sector, we are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager who will lead key financial, operational, and process audits and support the development of our audit team. This role offers real impact on organizational effectiveness, close collaboration with business leaders, and participation in strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and supervising audits
• Reviewing team work, providing coaching, developing competencies, and conducting performance evaluations
• Analyzing processes and data, assessing internal controls, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance
• Preparing reports and recommendations for the business, including improvement proposals, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements
• Presenting audit results to business and finance leaders and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborating with external auditors and coordinating project status updates
• Participating in special projects such as post‑acquisition integrations, investigations, and strategic initiatives
• Supporting the annual risk assessment process and co‑creating the audit plan
• Implementing improvements and innovations in audit methodology and leveraging technology (data analytics, visualization tools)
• Building a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across the organization

Requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit
• At least 2 years of team management experience
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CMA, CFE or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, independence, and proactivity
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
