We are currently looking for our client, a global financial institution a talented and motivated Junior Business Analyst.
In this role, you will act as a key bridge between Business and IT , responsible for designing and testing technology solutions within Securities Services . Your core focus will be analyzing operational processes (such as NAV valuation ) and translating them into functional business requirements and comprehensive testing scenarios.

Your tasks
- Perform process analysis and design solutions in response to client or operational needs.
- Deliver business requirements, prepare testing scripts, and execute testing.
- Cooperate closely with business stakeholders alongside our Product, Technology partners, and our clients, ensuring the right infrastructure to align our vision and strategic goals.
- Proactively escalate potential risks related to the projects you are involved in.
- Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation in coming up with solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis of common operational problems.
- Resolve ad-hoc queries.
- Contribute to project plans creation.
What we expect
- Project management skillset including identifying business requirements, preparing project documentation (initial analysis, BRD etc.) and/or project solution testing (testing scripts, reports etc)
- Fund industry and financial markets knowledge like NAV valuation processes and systems, transactions flow etc.
- At least one year of experience in a similar position
- Very good command of English – essential for effective international collaboration.
- Sound understanding of financial markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate to a range of audiences.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight contractual deadlines.
- A definite asset: Base knowledge of MS Visio, PowerBI, and SQL.
