We are recruiting English teachers with Czech language proficiency
Do you enjoy teaching adults, value flexibility and a professional approach, and feel at home in an online environment? Great — we’re currently recruiting for the new school year and looking for English teachers with mandatory knowledge of Czech to join our team.
Your responsibilities:

Delivering online English courses (with occasional use of Czech when needed) – individual or small groups (up to 6 people), exclusively for adult business clients.

Working during the hours of your availability, typically between 7:30 am and 8:00 pm .

Ensuring high-quality courses, participant satisfaction, and measurable progress.

Selecting materials tailored to learners’ needs (we provide a rich library of resources, plus new sets every week).

Recording topics, materials, and attendance in the learning management system.

Conducting progress tests and preparing brief annual reports in our dedicated app.
Our requirements:

Fluent English and mandatory working knowledge of Czech (spoken and written).

Relevant education (at least a Bachelor’s in English Philology or Applied Linguistics) or a language certificate plus teaching qualification (CELTA, DELTA, etc.).

Minimum 2 years of experience teaching adults (mandatory).

Experience with corporate courses is a strong asset.

Knowledge of business etiquette and a high standard of personal culture.

Punctuality, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with modern online teaching tools or willingness to learn them.

Confident use of platforms such as Zoom or ClickMeeting and other online tools (breakout rooms, apps, videos, quizzes, etc.).
