Key Responsibilities:

Support sales teams in optimizing processes and daily operations through data analysis and implementation of best practices

Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis and observations from current sales processes

Participate in developing and implementing sales procedures and standards

Conduct training and provide ongoing support to team members in using tools and processes
-
Cooperate with sales leaders and other departments to achieve business goals
-
Regularly report results, identify issues, and swiftly make decisions to improve operations
-
Seek new solutions, identify opportunities for increasing efficiency, and proactively take actions to drive sales development
Salesforce-Specific Responsibilities:

Proactively manage Salesforce as the primary tool for the sales team

Create advanced reports and dashboards in Salesforce—monitoring performance, sales pipeline, conversions, team activities, and leads

Maintain high data quality in Salesforce, enforce data entry and update standards
-
Independently troubleshoot system issues—identify data errors, handle user tickets, and implement improvements or automations
-
Implement new Salesforce functionalities and adapt the system to evolving sales team needs (e.g. workflow configurations, automations, integrations with other tools)

Work closely with Customer Success Team to further develop the system environment

Educate and provide ongoing support to sales team members about effective Salesforce use—training sessions, instructional guides, quick troubleshooting

Extract key insights from Salesforce data and translate them into actionable recommendations and improvements for the sales teams

Monitor Salesforce adoption and compliance, raising awareness of the importance of data integrity and reporting
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working with users

Strong Salesforce knowledge—reports, dashboards, automations, integrations

English at a minimum B2 level

Proactive attitude, curiosity, eagerness to find and implement continuous improvements

Confidence in decision-making and independence in action

Ability to train and provide support to others

Excellent organizational skills, communicativeness, and ability to work collaboratively
