- Lead and manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions
- Supervise a team of procurement specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement activities with organizational goals
- Implement and improve procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations across all procurement activities
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance
- Oversee invoice processing, payment cycles, and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Utilize procurement software and ERP systems to streamline workflows and generate reports for management
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement cycle
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all procurement transactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procure-to-pay processes, preferably within a multinational or large-scale organization
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent understanding of procurement policies, compliance standards, and internal controls
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba)
- Exceptional negotiation and supplier management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Relevant certifications such as CIPS or APICS are advantageous
- High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
