Opis:
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team in Wrocław. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments and projects. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support the strategic and operational success of Flixstudio.
Key Responsibilities

Rotating across key departments such as Production, Customer Service, Technology, Operations, and HR to gain a comprehensive 360-degree understanding of the company’s operations.

Supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of projects aligned with company objectives.

Acting as a liaison between teams to improve cross-departmental coordination.

Collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making and identify process improvements.

Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Shadowing senior managers and taking ownership of selected workstreams or pilot initiatives.

Supporting the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes.

Bringing energy, ideas, and focused execution to support a high-performance culture.
