About the Role
At MAN Digital, we don’t do boring B2B. We are fast-growing, bold, and we hate "corporate beige."
We are looking for a visual storyteller with a filmmaker’s eye . We don’t need 5 years of experience; we need talent, a good eye for composition, and the ability to edit fast.
If you are a film school student, a recent graduate, or a self-taught videographer looking to apply your skills in the business world—this is for you. You will turn our team’s expertise into compelling video content, building personal brands and capturing the energy of our events.
What You’ll Do (The Mission)

Film Personal Brands: You will record our founders and experts. You’ll be the person behind the camera (or phone), directing them to look and sound their best for LinkedIn and social platforms.

Post-Production Wizardry: Edit raw footage into engaging Reels, Shorts, and long-form video content. You know how to use hooks, captions, and cuts to keep retention high.

Event Coverage: Grab your gear and document industry events, workshops, and team meetups in Kraków. You’ll capture the vibe and create recap videos.

Support the Hustle: Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc creative tasks. This might mean designing a quick thumbnail, helping set up a webinar, or researching trending audio/formats.
What We’re Looking For

Film Background: You understand lighting, framing, and audio. Whether you learned it in film school or on YouTube doesn’t matter—the result matters.

Editing Skills: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or high-level proficiency in mobile apps like CapCut. You can turn a 20-minute rambling talk into three sharp 60-second clips.

Doer Attitude: You are not afraid to pick up the camera, move furniture to get the right shot, or tell the CEO, "Can you say that again with more energy?"

Social Media Native: You understand the vertical video format (9:16) and what makes people stop scrolling on LinkedIn and TikTok.
