Position Objective
Development of sales of the Private Label brand POLAX in EU markets through:
searching for and onboarding B2B wholesale partners;
development and expansion of brand distribution;
building long-term partner relationships.
Markets
Romania, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Croatia, Slovenia,
Germany, France, Hungary, Slovakia, Greece, Montenegro.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Market Development
Searching for and acquiring new B2B clients (wholesale companies, trading companies,
local brand partners);
Working with incoming leads, their qualification and development;
Managing the existing client base;
Cold outreach, analysis of potential clients and markets;
Regular communication with clients to develop cooperation.
Negotiations and Meetings
Preparation and sending of presentations and commercial offers;
Conducting online negotiations via Zoom;
Participation in international industry exhibitions and B2B events.
Deals and Sales Support
Managing the full sales cycle: from first contact to payment;
Independent preparation of:

commercial offers;

logistics calculations and delivery terms;

contracts and specifications;
Negotiating prices, cooperation terms and discounts;
Monitoring payments and accounts receivable.
CRM and Reporting
Working in Bitrix24;
Maintaining the client database, deals and interaction history;
Regular reporting on work results.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales;
Experience working with Private Label / Brand Owner / manufacturer – a significant
advantage;
Understanding of brand distribution development principles;
English language proficiency at B1–B2+ level (spoken and written);
Willingness to manage full-cycle sales processes;
Category B driving license;
Knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian, and Polish is an advantage.
Confident PC user, experience with CRM systems (Bitrix24 as an advantage);
Independence, responsibility, result-oriented mindset.
Working Conditions
Official employment;
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00;
Office-based work: Słoneczna 116a, 05-500 Stara Iwiczna;
Probation period: 1 month.
Compensation
During the probation period: 6,000 PLN net (fixed);
After the probation period:
6,000 PLN net + % of paid sales;
Bonus for achieving and exceeding established KPIs.
