Your tasks
- managing and motivating the team AP team
- supervision of Accounts Payables and Payments process
- looking for process improvements in local business and the process
- creation and regular update of procedures and manuals
- coordination of daily AP processes
- coordination of month-end close process in line with global requirements and deadlines
- preparation of reports and ad hoc analysis
- presenting results at monthly calls with regional management and the global treasury team
- maintaining constant contact with other finance teams
What we expect
- master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Economic background
- professional experience in finance or accounting in a global company- SSC/BPO structures preferred
- minimum 1 year of experience in team management
- very good English (min. B2 level), any other European language - nice to have
- advanced knowledge of Excel
- experience in SAP or other ERP systems will be an asset
- very goo communication skills
- focus on details
- willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
